The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Alexander by TKO. Pikachu's Quick Attack makes round one a chase, but with the lightning banned it's a 6 kg mouse facing a man who kept getting wounded leading from the front. Alexander, 64 kg heavier, walks through the flurries and the referee calls a TKO in round two.
Fair fight? Lift the ban on electricity so Pikachu's cheeks can work, and Alexander gets no Bucephalus in his corner shouting advice. Otherwise it's a very short, very sad afternoon for the mouse.
