Master Chief by TKO. Samus stays mobile for a round, but Master Chief is 364 kg heavier and just keeps walking forward, like a man trained for this since childhood. Midway through round two the referee stops it, and her Chozo corner throws in the towel anyway. Chief wins by TKO.
Fair fight? Make Chief fight without his MJOLNIR armour, so the 364 kg weight gap shrinks to something a boxing commission would recognise, and let Samus settle that "does 90 kg include the suit" argument.
