The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Master Chief by TKO. Master Chief, 8 cm taller, lands a few clean jabs and Snorlax answers with Rest, mid-round. With no Poké Flute in the building, the referee stops the fight to protect a snoring, defenceless opponent. Chief wins by TKO and says nothing, naturally.
Fair fight? Give Snorlax a cornerman with a Poké Flute to wake him between rounds, and make Rest illegal. Otherwise this is just a very expensive nap with a referee.
