Kirby by DQ. Chun-Li is 149 cm taller, so every target sits at ankle height and her Lightning Legs keep drifting into stomps. Kirby puffs up and bobs around like a pink balloon while the referee warns her twice, then disqualifies her in round two. Headband unused.
Fair fight? Make Chun-Li fight on her knees so both fighters are at punching height. Nobody is tempted to stomp, and Kirby can't just drift away on a lungful of air.
