The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Chun-Li by TKO. Pikachu darts in with Quick Attack, but Chun-Li is 129 cm taller and an Interpol officer used to catching fast suspects. The referee stops it in round one, and Pikachu still refuses to leave in a Poké Ball.
Fair fight? Make Chun-Li fight on her knees, punches only, with the spiked bracelets left in the changing room. Pikachu can then at least aim at her chin instead of her shins.
