Chun-Li by DQ. Chun-Li wins by DQ. Snake's close-quarters training is mostly throws and chokes, all fouls here, and after a round of being kicked faster than he can light a cigarette, he grabs her anyway. The ref disqualifies him while Otacon keeps talking over the Codec.
Fair fight? Allow grappling, so Snake can actually use his close-quarters training. Chun-Li then has to keep out of his arms, and it becomes a real contest.
