The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Chun-Li by TKO. Chun-Li, 69 cm taller, wins by TKO. Sonic's impatience has him charging in early, curling into a ball and bouncing off her guard, and her Lightning Legs keep counting while he sulks. The referee stops it in round two, mainly for his safety and partly because Sonic keeps asking why it's taking so long.
Fair fight? Make Chun-Li fight on her knees, so the 69 cm height gap shrinks, and shorten rounds to one minute so Sonic doesn't get bored and wander off.
