The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Genghis by TKO. Pikachu's Quick Attack lands early, but Genghis learned to ride and shoot as a small child and soon times the moving target. One hook leaves Pikachu, 69 kg lighter, slumped on the ropes and unable to defend himself, so the referee stops it in round two.
Fair fight? Make Genghis fight on his knees for all three rounds, which cuts the 130 cm height gap and lets Pikachu's Quick Attack reach something above the shins.
