Genghis by DQ. Genghis spends round one jabbing at a giant who is 40 cm taller and mostly wants a nap. In round two Snorlax wakes up, remembers Body Slam, and flops onto him. Slams are fouls, so the referee disqualifies Snorlax and Genghis wins by DQ.
Fair fight? Legalise Body Slam, and let Genghis swap in a fresh fighter each round, like the horse changes at his Yam relay stations. That still leaves Snorlax 385 kg heavier, but it's closer.
