The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Hitmonchan by DQ. Hitmonchan spends two rounds pinging jabs off Snake's chin. Then Snake, a close-quarters specialist, reflexively reaches for a choke in round three, and the referee disqualifies him. Otacon offers plenty of Codec advice, but none of it is "stop grabbing." Hitmonchan wins by DQ.
Fair fight? Legalise grappling and throws, so Snake's close-quarters training can be used without a disqualification. Otherwise he's a 25 kg heavier man being punished for his own muscle memory.
