The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Knuckles by DQ. Yoshi, 50 cm taller, flutter-jumps around the ring all of round one. In round two, habit takes over and he ground-pounds Knuckles. Stomps are fouls, so the referee disqualifies him. Knuckles wins by DQ, barely having thrown a punch.
Fair fight? Hang a low ceiling over the ring so Yoshi can't flutter-jump, which also ends his urge to ground-pound. Then it's a proper gloves-on punch-up.
