Pick the winner and how they win (TKO, DQ or decision), then see how everyone else called it.
Machamp
“The Superpower Pokémon” · Pokémon · 1996 · 5′3″ (160 cm), 287 lb (130 kg)
Fighting-type Pokémon with four muscular arms. Its punches can send an opponent clear over the horizon, but anything delicate gets its arms tangled.
Mario
“Jumpman” · Nintendo · 1981 · about 5′1″ (155 cm), about 154 lb (70 kg)
Nintendo’s mascot plumber, first seen jumping barrels in Donkey Kong. Has stomped more turtles than anyone alive and can lift Bowser by the tail.

The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Machamp by DQ. Machamp, 60 kg heavier, turns Mario into a speed bag with four arms for a round and a half. Frustrated, Mario triple-jumps and ground-pounds, which is a stomp and therefore a foul. The referee disqualifies him. Dr. Mario has no pill for that.
Fair fight? Legalise stomps and ground-pounds, and tie two of Machamp's arms behind his back so both fighters have two working fists. Mario also gets a lower ring floor to jump from.
