The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Machamp by DQ. Snake outboxes the 130 kg Machamp for a round, then his close-quarters training kicks in: a throw, a choke, another throw. The referee, unable to find a legal move in his whole repertoire, disqualifies him in round two while Otacon protests over the Codec.
Fair fight? Allow grappling and chokes for both fighters, so Snake's training is finally legal and Machamp has to untangle all those arms from a headlock.
