The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Pikachu by DQ. Mario is 115 cm taller and 64 kg heavier, but he sees that lightning-bolt tail and grabs it like Bowser's, then starts spinning. The referee disqualifies him mid-swing. Pikachu, who spent two rounds dodging with Quick Attack, wins by DQ without landing a punch.
Fair fight? Lift the no-powers rule for Pikachu alone. It's the only way a 6 kg fighter makes this a contest against a plumber who is 64 kg heavier.
