Zangief

The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Murphy by DQ. Zangief treats Murphy like one of his bears, grabbing and hoisting him, which is a foul, in round two. The referee disqualifies him immediately. Murphy, once turned down by the Marines and paratroopers for being too small, wins by DQ, and this time nobody rejects him.
Fair fight? Tie one of Zangief's hands behind his back and let him dance between rounds, so he stops grabbing. Then, at 66 kg heavier, he'd at least have to punch his way to a win.
