Japanese swordsman who said he won all 61 of his duels, and author of The Book of Five Rings. Famously turned up late to his duel with Sasaki Kojirō and won with a wooden sword carved from an oar.
Saddam Hussein

President of Iraq from 1979 to 2003. Launched wars on Iran and Kuwait and brutally crushed opposition at home. Found hiding in a hole near Tikrit in 2003 and executed in 2006.
