Napoleon by TKO. Stripped of lightning, Pikachu is just a 6 kg mouse darting around a 77 kg former artillery officer's boots. Napoleon calmly backs it into a corner, and the towel comes in once it's clear the little guy can't land anything that would bruise a baguette.
