The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Samus by TKO. Quick Attack gets Pikachu to Samus's knees fast, which is also the only place he can hit. One jab from a fighter 84 kg heavier ends it, and the referee stops it in round one. Pikachu refuses Poké Balls, but he'd happily climb into one now.
Fair fight? Lift the no-elemental-powers rule so Pikachu's cheeks can join in. At 6 kg and 40 cm, he needs something more than a lightning-bolt tail and optimism.
