The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Sonic by TKO. Sonic, 29 kg heavier and famously impatient, doesn't wait for round two. Pikachu's Quick Attack arrives like a dropped sock; Sonic's answering kicks don't. The referee stops it in round one, and Pikachu refuses the Poké Ball stretcher out of principle.
Fair fight? Make Sonic keep one glove wrapped around a chili dog for the whole fight. Fighting one-handed, and reluctant to drop his snack, he'd finally be a fair match for Pikachu.
