Pikachu by DQ. Pikachu zips around Zangief's ankles with Quick Attack, and the 213 cm Russian spends round one punching air and dancing with frustration. In round two he scoops the little guy up for a piledriver out of pure habit. The referee disqualifies him; Pikachu wins by DQ.
