The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Ryu by TKO. Ryu has lived only for the next fight, while Samus lives for shooting things from a distance. In round two a Shoryuken finds her chin, and the referee stops it. Being 15 cm taller just gave her further to fall.
Fair fight? Let Samus keep her Arm Cannon and start the bout at opposite ends of a very large arena. Ryu's famously reused white gi would not stay white for long.
