The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Samus by DQ. Snake's close-quarters combat is basically a menu of throws and chokes, every item a foul here. Samus, 8 cm taller and 15 kg heavier, only has to stand there and absorb it. Snake is disqualified in round two, still calling Otacon on the Codec for advice.
Fair fight? Legalise grappling and chokes, so Snake's close-quarters combat becomes a weapon instead of a disqualification. He'd still be 15 kg lighter, but at least he could fight his own style.
