The AI’s verdict (spoiler)
Snake by TKO. Solid Snake is 22 cm taller and 15 kg heavier, so Yoshi's flutter-jump only gives him a higher target to jab. Yoshi's rear-first ground-pound mostly hits the canvas, and in round two the referee waves it off: TKO for Snake.
Fair fight? Make Snake fight the whole bout with a lit cigarette in his mouth, forbidden to take it out, so the heavy smoking finally costs him some wind.
