Yoshi by TKO. Snorlax treats the opening bell as a bedtime cue and dozes off mid-ring, exactly like he does on roads. Yoshi flutter-jumps around the 400 kg heavier sleeper, landing free punches until the referee sees no defence and stops it. Yoshi wins by TKO.
Fair fight? Schedule the bout right after Snorlax wakes, before any meal, so he starts alert. Add a rule that the ref may pause the round if he nods off, instead of stopping it.
